The Science Fair's arrival in mid-February is always a time of high excitement for participants which includes all students in grades 3 - 6. The final presentation is what most people see, but weeks of brainstorming, reflecting and responding to new understanding is behind each poster and project. Tuesday, January 29, 2013, grade three students had an opportunity to see, sit-in and learn about electric cars. The Chevy Volt which is part of RG&E's electric fleet was brought to school via the efforts of Harley parents, Wendy and Frank Reynolds, to augment the class's exploration of electricity.
