Middle School Club offerings include everything from Study Club to Drawing, Drama and Water Polo. Clubs allow middle school students the opportunity to participate in a self-elected activity with students in grades five to eight. They are a very popular part of the middle school program. Students eat lunch with their club members and the adult club adviser each Tuesday to discuss what they hope to do during the 2:20 club period that afternoon. This site highlights clubs that have an environmental and/or sustainability focus. One of the strengths of the club program is its ability to tap into student-interests that the traditional disciplines may rarely touch.

Nature Photo Club

Students in NPC use the club period to take outdoor photos. A new club this year, they will have many options for curating and sharing their work. The club is in the early stages of defining itself.

February Photos

Week-to-week, slides will be added to the slide presentation below. It will become a record of students' photo experimentation as well as a visual diary of the natural changes happening on campus as the seasons shift. It also provides focus for a short reflection/discussion before students head out for the next week's shots. At the request of some students, photos are not labeled with the names of the photographers responsible for any particular picture.
